Vietcomreal is ready for breakthroughs in 2016.
Building on strategic directions from its leadership and after extensive market research in Vietnam in general and Ho Chi Minh City in particular, Vietcomreal has officially launched the high-end apartment project Riva Park, located at 504 Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, Ward 18, District 4. This marks a major milestone in Vietcomreal’s strategy to invest in the high-end real estate segment at reasonable price levels.
At the project launch event held in late December 2015, more than 500 customers and media representatives attended. Within just two hours, over 80% of the units released in the first phase were successfully reserved by individual buyers.
As one of the first owners of a Riva Park apartment, former Vietnam Tourism Ambassador Ly Nha Ky shared that the real estate market had begun to recover and was forecast by leading experts to continue growing in the future. Combined with attractive pricing from the developer and the project’s prime location, she decided to invest in 20 units.
“My friends who couldn’t secure good units have called me asking to take over my bookings. This means the project has already generated profit for me right after placing a reservation,” Ly Nha Ky added.

Riva Park is surrounded by three lush green parks: an internal park, the Tan Thuan Night Bridge Park located directly opposite, and the Ton That Thuyet Park stretching 3 km along the Te Canal. The project enjoys a prime location with dual frontage on two major roads in District 4—Nguyen Tat Thanh and Ton That Thuyet. Its apartments offer diverse layouts suitable for residential living, rental purposes, or investment.
In recent years, Ho Chi Minh City has prioritized infrastructure development, green spaces, and the renovation of canal-side parks to enhance the urban landscape of District 4, enabling it to align with the standards of a central district. As part of District 4 falls within the city’s central zone, projects developed over the past decade have experienced significant value appreciation. Even mid-range (Grade C) apartments in District 4 are now priced at around VND 30 million per square meter.
Most Riva Park apartments offer views overlooking the Saigon River and the Te Canal. In addition, the project features two levels dedicated to premium amenities, including a shopping mall, heated swimming pool, restaurant and bistro café, kindergarten, gym, medical room, community hall, and spacious basement parking. The development also includes office-tel units catering to expatriate tenants. Within a 2 km radius, residents can access numerous amenities such as Khanh Hoi Park (over 15,000 m²), a full system of schools from kindergarten to university along Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, the District 4 People’s Committee, District 4 Hospital, KizCiti entertainment center, and the District 4 Sports Center.
Following the success of Riva Park in District 4, in early 2016 Vietcomreal plans to launch approximately 600 apartments at the Viva Riverside complex, located along Vo Van Kiet Boulevard in District 6—one of the city’s most modern and well-developed arterial routes leading directly to District 1. Viva Riverside boasts a prime location with three road frontages—Vo Van Kiet, Gia Phu, and Street No. 61—offering convenient connectivity and well-established social infrastructure in commerce, healthcare, education, and culture, thereby creating an ideal living environment and enhancing property value in the area.
Notably, Vietcomreal has partnered with Co.opmart to introduce the Co.opmart Premiere brand directly beneath the Viva Riverside complex. This strategic collaboration ensures the delivery of top-quality services to residents—an advantage rarely found in comparable projects in the area. At the same time, a series of carefully prepared projects, with a strong focus on quality, are set to be launched throughout 2016, making it a particularly dynamic year for Vietcomreal.
With a sustainable development strategy, Vietcomreal has partnered with reputable industry players such as Hoa Binh Corporation as the main contractor; Artelia and Accor as project management and supervision consultants; and Sankei Building Management as the premium building management unit. The integration of Co.opmart supermarkets across most upcoming projects further reinforces the creation of residential communities that deliver both construction quality and service excellence.
In addition, the financial sponsor and guarantor for Vietcomreal’s projects is Vietcombank—one of the most reputable financial institutions in Vietnam.
Beyond its business activities, Vietcomreal actively participates in charitable initiatives supporting underprivileged children, those in remote areas, and disadvantaged families. These include programs such as “Meals with Meat” for children in mountainous regions and providing warm clothing through the Journey of Youth initiative. Through these efforts, the company aims to contribute to a better society, reduce hardship for less fortunate individuals, and inspire hope for a brighter future.
