Grand opening of the Vietcomreal Real Estate Transaction Center.

(PLO) – On August 1, Vietcomreal (Viet Real Estate Trading Joint Stock Company) held the grand opening ceremony of the Vietcomreal Real Estate Transaction Center at 68 Nguyen Hue Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

The establishment of this center reflects Vietcomreal’s efforts to enhance service quality and strengthen its competitive position in the real estate market during the integration period. At the opening ceremony, Vietcomreal introduced a range of projects currently under development. These projects are modern, well-equipped, and designed to provide the highest level of comfort for residents.

Notable projects include Riva Park, located on Nguyen Tat Thanh Street (District 4), with a scale of over 4,700 m², 18 floors, and 320 units; as well as Viva Riverside, situated on dual frontages along Vo Van Kiet Boulevard and Gia Phu Street, with a development scale of nearly 7,500 m².

On this occasion, Vietcomreal also offered various promotional programs for customers visiting and purchasing apartments. Specifically, buyers could receive support covering 3% VAT, enjoy five years of free apartment management fees, and receive shopping vouchers worth VND 30 million from the Co.opmart system.

In addition to the two aforementioned projects, Vietcomreal plans to introduce new developments to the market, including Aqua Luxury, Ventosa, and Venus, marking the company’s strong growth in 2016.
