Vietcombank provides nearly VND 1,500 billion in financing to Vietcomreal.
On October 2, at the Vietcomreal Real Estate Trading Center, a credit sponsorship signing ceremony took place between Vietcomreal and Vietcombank.
On this occasion, the developer also officially approved the sales launch of 250 apartment units from the Viva Riverside project.

According to Nguyen Thi Phuoc, CEO of Vietcomreal, the selling price in this phase is approximately VND 21 million per square meter. Buyers are eligible for financing of up to 70% of the apartment value with a 0% interest rate. Customers only need to pay 20% of the apartment value to receive handover, with the remaining balance payable after taking possession. In addition, the developer offers five years of free management fees. Furthermore, Vietcombank will provide guarantees for customers purchasing apartments in Vietcomreal’s projects.
The Viva Riverside project has a total investment of nearly VND 1,000 billion and is being developed on a land area of approximately 11,000 m². Of this, about 7,500 m² is designated for construction, featuring three frontages along Vo Van Kiet Boulevard, while the remaining area is allocated for amenities, green spaces, and infrastructure serving residents.
Viva Riverside comprises 567 apartments ranging from 50 m² to 106 m² (from one to three bedrooms) and is expected to be handed over to buyers in mid-2018.
